Episode 20

Finally master discipline in the gym, your hydration and nutrition | Kevin Khandoor, my personal trainer

Published on: 6th September, 2021

Have you ever had a goal and it's been years in your mind, yet you don't manage to make it happen regardless of what you do? You may try and make progress, but it's not sustainable.... and you go back to your own patterns?

Believe it or not, that was me when it comes to exercise! Jan 2020 I realized it had been years of having great eating habits, and terrible exercise habits. So I set myself the goal to "move" 5x a week - I made good progress, and then covid happened!

Few months into covid, I was struggling, and thought it was a good idea to focus on my physical strength to manage my mental strength.. and that's when I met Kevin, and we've been working together since.

See we think a workout, a goal or losing weight is about just doing the exercise bit, but no, there is soo much psychology and strategy behind creating Sustainable change.

In this episode, Kevin and I have a conversation about how we can use our psychology, hydration and nutrition to create the sustainable results we want in the fitness area of our lives
